At Clarity, care is always client-centred, confidential, and guided by your comfort, choices, and consent. You are in control of your care every step of the way.
Post Abortion Care
You don't have to navigate your feelings alone.

Every woman's experience with abortion is different. Whether you're experiencing grief, sadness, relief, confusion, or feelings you can't quite put into words, you deserve a safe place to be heard.[1,2,3,4]

Clarity offers a confidential, one-on-one program led by a trained Post-Abortion Care Worker. Through compassionate support, you'll have the opportunity to process your experience, explore your emotions, and take steps toward navigating your previous abortion at your own pace.

Whether your abortion was recent or many years ago, there is no perfect moment to reach out. You don't need to have all the answers or know where to begin. We're here to listen without judgment, walk alongside you at your own pace, and remind you that you don't have to navigate this alone.

A Safe Place to Begin Again
